The apartment features three spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a 200 cm bed, built-in wardrobes, and an elegant en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and contemporary finishes. The second bedroom offers two comfortable 90 cm single beds, while the third bedroom also includes two 90 cm beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests. Both guest bedrooms are bright and airy, and the single beds in each room can be joined to form double beds if preferred. They share a stylish full bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Guests will also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning (hot and cold), and underground parking. The residential community offers a shared swimming pool, open seasonally.
